By creating an account or using Uniscade's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Uniscade provides business automation software including booking management (BookFlow), invoicing tools (InvoiceFlow), and AI-powered customer support (AskFlow). Services are provided on a lifetime license basis — you pay once and own the software indefinitely.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated.
4. Payment & Licensing
Uniscade products are sold as lifetime licenses. One-time payment grants you perpetual access to the purchased tier and all features included at the time of purchase. Future major version upgrades may require additional licensing.
- License Upgrades: You may upgrade to a higher tier by paying the price difference.
- No Recurring Fees: There are no monthly or annual subscription fees.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Resell or redistribute Uniscade software without authorization
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
6. Intellectual Property
Uniscade and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Uniscade and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uniscade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
